Dragon Shop Policies

The Dragon Shop ships online orders 2x / week, while school is in session only. The shop is closed during school holidays.

Exchanges & Returns must be done on campus during Dragon Shop hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 2:00pm, closed on weekends & school holidays). Original packaging and Receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. We accept returns up to 6 months from the date of the sale within the same school calendar year. Items purchased in June may be exchanged until the end of September of the following school year.

CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
