Dragon Shop Policies

Exchanges & Returns must be done on campus during Dragon Shop hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 2:00pm, closed on weekends & school holidays). Original packaging and Receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. We accept returns up to 3 months from the date of the sale within the same school calendar year. Items purchased in May-June may be
exchanged (same item, different size, subject to availability) until the end of September of the following school year.

CLEARANCE / DISCONTINUED / FINAL SALE products, swim caps, mouth guards, & calculators are on FINAL SALE and cannot be returned / exchanged.
